Wolfy Tutor Trial Privacy Policy

Information collected

For the trial, Wolfy Tutor collects a parent email address, a student's first name or nickname, grade, account credentials, consent timestamps, trial and waitlist status, acquisition source, and learning activity. We do not ask for a child's email, full date of birth, address, phone number, school, or location.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure the tutoring service, save learning progress, enforce the seven-day trial, send the welcome email, answer parent questions, measure early-access interest, and notify families about launch availability.

Sharing and security

Wolfy Tutor does not sell child or parent information or use it for advertising. Access is limited by account and protected with server-side sessions, hashed passwords, and administrative controls. Email delivery providers process only the information needed to send messages.

Cloud hosting

Cloudflare hosts the app and stores account information and saved learning activity. Handwriting recognition runs in your browser; raw strokes are not uploaded. When available, our private teaching server provides live AI and neural voice.

Choices

A parent or guardian may ask about, correct, or request deletion of their family's information by emailing parents@wolfytutor.com.
